Yesterday afternoon, I saw several boys playing football in the field of the sub-district government office.
They are very enthusiastic in playing ball with their friends. The ball game they play is very simple, there is only one goal. their goalpost markers mark with their 2 piles of sandals.
About 15 minutes I watched them play, my young soul was excited to join them. After getting permission from them, I also played with them. even though my posture is bigger than them, they are very good at stealing the ball at my feet.
After 20 minutes of playing I started to get tired, my physique started to decline. While physically they are still able to run and chase the ball. finally I gave up to stop playing with them. I am aware that the age factor makes my physical decline drastically.
I just stood watching them play and I tried to catch my breath to stabilize again.
At this time my whole body still hurts, especially the calves, hips and thighs. Maybe in the next few days the cramps I'm experiencing might disappear.
I just suggest, before playing ball it's better to do a light warm-up, at least about 15 minutes. I have felt playing ball without warming up causes cramps all over my body.
