I tried creating a Blurt account for free, but it's asking for a fee of 80 blurts to complete the sign up form! Sorta confusing for me! Any clues?
Oh...it seems Blurt asks you to pay for everything - sign up, post, comment....here is an article I found:

But nowadays I'm not active there because it's largely bot-driven. You get higher value upvote only if you invest big in bots like Upvu etc..
