Our very first olives are nearing completion... I cannot wait to get some into jars and use them in my favourite tomato sauces for pasta!! I've missed having good black olives, especially, which are not so available nearby (or costissimo)

The homemade olives are almost ready. Using them in pasta sauce will be really fun, especially since good black olives are hard to find and expensive.
