For money to have value, it must first be scarce and not easily reachable to everyone. The harder it is to get money, the more valuable and cherished it becomes in your hands, it is just the fact.
When you make yourself too present and available, people see you as ordinary and like nonsense. You will reduce your valuable with people when they see you all the time and there is no new thing to offer.
If you love yourself, you will use your absence to create value for yourself. Don't visit friends too much, and when you do so don't overstay your welcome. Don't be easily accessible to everyone, make yourself scarce, spend more time on working on yourself that you don't have time for everyone.
Be selective in your communication, association and who you spend time with. Only be open to those who share the same value with you so they will always see your relevance anytime you show up. if you are not contributing to the gathering or gaining knowledge then it is never worth it.
What cannot be seen always does not loose value easily, and people who are rare are seen as important in the eyes of everyone. It is only when you are accessible to others that you can receive disgrace. If you don't surface too often, you can hardly be put to shame.
Maintain your distance with people that do not value you, refuse to be seen always. Like the diamond make yourself scarce and expensive, so people don't mistake you for just a mere glass.
