Restaurant foods are the most poisonous ones, they just care about profits and not your health for this reason they optimize all the ingredients based on price, and when you got cheap ingredients, you know that is not healthy at all.
I once ate too much restaurant foods for weeks continously up to a point that I developed high blood pressure (prehypertension), when my doctor told me that my pressure was around 130 to 140 I knew what I had to do.
He prescribed me some blood pressure medication and I took them for one month only. At he same time I changed my diet and started eating more at home and reducing my portions as well as selecting vegetables and fruits over processed foods and in one month I was able to lower my blood pressure back to normal and no longer needed the prescribed blood pressure medicine at all.
People don't know, but foods prepared at restaurants employ a lot of preservatives and are not nutritious at all because they focus on flavor and in order to have good flavor they need to add sauces and spices that come in bottles which are also sweetened with high syrup corn frusctose plus many other non nutritious chemicals that extend its storage time.

I don't eat out very much it all after my diagnosis. And now that my treatment has been fine tuned to keep my vitals in check, diet is paramount.
Going vegan and watching sodium and glucose intake keeps me very busy...lol.
