đïž In the early days of the pandemic, I, like many others, was caught off guard, because little was known about what was happening on the front lines. Dr. James tells us that behind the protocols and policies were real peopleâpatients, families, and many frontline doctors making hard choices. In this part of my podcast with Dr. James, she explains the raw, often untold reality of what it was like treating COVID patients in the ICU, pushing back against institutional mandates, and why this was the main reason for building a clinic from the ground up. Recent events force us to take a candid look at what happens when ethics collide with systemsâand how important it is for honest doctors to choose to lead with integrity.

As usual very inspiring post. Medical infrastructure as glitzy as it seems is quite hard to manage and create. Respect to all healthcare professionals out there...
Specially to those who questioned the "stablishment" and did not push experimental treatments on people
