I also wonder the same thing. I guess people are just used to discord, although I think it’s better to change that in the future.
Snaps can be fun as you can just post anything without really expecting someone to reply.
Chats are good for convos.

and you don't have to worry about triggering autovotes, that's one thing i didn't like about people posting short content on the chain, a lot of them just did low effort post to milk upvotes
agree, Snaps or microblogging in general gives that 'self space' feeling where you could just throw out whatever is in your mind. What more if there are stories feature.
