Have you tried this dish??
They say it's called "dinakdakan"
It looks like grilled pork with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, onion, chili, and cucumber 🥒

First time eating it,, tastes peculiar for me, but I like it.. 😋

Thanks @katriel1 for the support..

I think yes, but probably not that specific one (in terms of name) but tried the same condiments.

And I like Pork from Peninsula Iberia... best pork meat I recall in life.

Ohhh... That's interesting.. ☺️ thanks for the info..

It's my first time eating it.. never knew it existed.. 😅 I'm not a fan of cucumber,, but I love how this dish turned out.. 😋

It will absorb some of the saltiness and vinegar taste, and then acts as a good blender with the pork, which usually goes well with something acidic...

I usually season it with garlic and salt, add a half a lemon juice. Let is be for an hour or so... and grill it :D

Cool.. will surely try this.. ☺️
This is my new favorite..
May I ask? Which country are you from?

I am Portuguese but I live in New Zealand.

cool.. 👍
nice knowing you..
I'm from The Philippines 😊

You didn't end up going to HiveFest in Malaysia this year did you? (Just in case I missed you, apologies if so).

No I haven't tried it, ist delicious?

With the ingredients mentioned it's gonna be a great dish to taste.

yeah, tastes great..

I can imagine but wish I can have a taste.

It looks delicious.

Grilled pork must be delicious with soy sauce and other nice stuff. 😋
