I use Kraken and so did not know Binance isn't compatible ... that's not good ... but you're right: Lightning is the key overall, so you could get a wallet that is Lightning enabled, and go from Binance to there to V4V and back.
I think Binance should support lightning network, but I'm honestly not 100% sure. Been a while since I used Binance last 😆
