Seems more of a marketing thing than something actually needed.
VPN users are hardly the first target of someone having a working quantum computer at his hand 😁
VPN usage is heavy in the business sector, and nefarious use, it will be a prime target for state actors.
I don't trust those popular VPNs, too many have been aggressively advertised recently.
