It actually says it can be female, underrepresented minority or lgbtq+, not the last option only. It isn't that much better, but still.

It's the world we live in now. We care more about how people have sex, than how good they are at their job.
OK. Previous snarky GIF retracted. Good news: DEI mandates are already stating to see resistance, and a year from now, the odds are decent this will be abandoned, especially if competing exchanges actually start up.
