Why not both? I have a cup of black French Press before I leave home in the morning, then I have lattes any time I want it during the day at work.

I mostly drink my coffee black using an aeropress or drip cone, but after reading about the benefits of adding milk, I got that frother in the photo. So, now my morning coffee looks like the one shown.

That's an interesting piece of information. I wonder how much of the milk/coffee combo someone would have to drink to feel any anti-inflammatory effects.
Great question. The study authors didn't recommend a ratio of milk to coffee. but it should be around 1-2% milk to coffee, if I remember correctly. Too much milk risks diluting coffee benefits. Generally, they say to use dairy milk (soy or almond if lactose intolerant).
