We have something similar called Chicken Inasal. Also dipped in the same soy sauce with spices.

でもドラムのフルオート、乾燥はヒートポンプ、お湯洗いありなので毎日の洗濯が楽になりそうな予感。
お弁当も暫く地味目にと思ってたらさつまいもが随分傷んでいて、しょんぼりです。
レモンと砂糖で煮たので多少綺麗かな。
寒さ本領発揮だと白菜が美味しいです。
豚肩ロースと鍋にしたり、鶏がらスープの素で豆乳クリーム煮にしたり。
冬も美味しい。

What kind of venue will the brochure be used in?
I think @macchiata will be able to explain it better, but I think it can be used in general, we can send it to someone we're trying to onboard or in a meeting or presentation, things like that.
I'd expect conferences, meetups or any offline events. It can be used for online too I suppose. But this was made for this event that I am organizing.
