They’re so satisfying. Currently I’m doing my body weight(240lbs) 5x8. Feels good but hoping to add two more reps and then I’ll move up my bar weight. Keep up the hard work. 💪🏻

That's a solid amount of volume. I like to deadlift frequently so I use bar speed as the regulatory factor, as long it's moving fast I'll do another set.
