I suggested that she upgrade the R.A.M for better performance if she'll be using Windows 11 but since she couldn't, I downgraded the operating System to Windows 10 because it'll more lighter for the system
Currently, Microsoft is no more sending Security Updates to Windows 10. So I guess you should upgrade except your device won't perform well if it is upgraded
