It's simple, delegate and get promoted so does steem work
I did notice the trending whales with all their stake delegated. So that is how they get the big votes? So manual curation is completely dead then.
On steem ? Absolutly, just delegate a bunch to some big whales like @upvu and boom your rish, there are some small comunities but thats it
I have basically forgotten it existed at this point!
