But that's about what I drink in a day. I don't do instant coffee, only pure brewed coffee with either v60 or phin filter.

It's good to hear that you prefer pure brewed coffee. It's healthier I guess.
Coffee business has waves. There's 1st, 2nd, and so on. These days we're in the 5th wave.
