I think it would be good if some larger stakeholders work together to decrease rewards on some posts.
But downvoting is often experienced as an attack.
I hardly see any of them reach the necessary 2 cents for a payout.
My shit list is full of them. They're not difficult to spot on the chain

I used to report some of these spammers to HW, but I noticed they have stopped.
I'm a bit hesitant to use my own stake for downvoting in case os retaliation.
I understand, that's why most people don't do it. I don't post that much nowadays, so I'm not too concerned.
