I would dare call them "chamuças" but i must admit "Samosas" is funny like hell being Portuguese and understanding spanish, i totally get where you come from hahaha
Being a son from Latino parents I'm sure I can equate them to some of our frituras but they chose a unique name like Samosas.

I've had plenty of spring rolls in my lift but asian style never indian style. Didn't know there were Indian style spring rolls.
