Best of luck... don't forget to look for other countries better opportunities. The world is small! And on today's day, easier and easier to move around.
We often think we should have moved to somewhere like Bulgaria or something ages ago when £10000 would get you a nice plot of land and all that.. Still could but got family around that needs support so not really an option.
To move around the world with a family is a leader thing... in my view. takes a lot of your life, but also gives back lots. It's a risk thing... but also a skills thing.
