I believe that in São Paulo they have a serious problem with this, and on rainy days you have to be careful too, I think there's a lot of flooding in some areas.
Yep, today was rather rainy, and the sewers didn’t really serve well. I’ll write down a long post about that when I get back home :) so far, I have material for like four posts.

In some places, this is not only "common", but the situation is even worse.
Unfortunately, our country is abandoned because of a corrupt government.
That’s not really a government issue - that’s just people trashing in the middle of a street.
Unfortunately, where corruption reigns, the population suffers =/
Not so different in some parts of our country. 😢
