hello Flummi... HEIC files are commonly used by Apple devices, such as iPhones running iOS 11 or later, where they serve as the default image format.
Fun fact, HEIC images are not browser compatible.

We are going to release very soon a new version of Snapie with an auto image converter to ensure 100% compatibility - Direct Video Uploads and Audio Snaps.

There are two routes to take, one suggested by Rishi to make an auto converter on the image hosting server. Or, make Snapie auto convert HEIC images prior to uploading.
