Hell yeah! 160kg, 8 repetitions! First time I got there, after being able to do 10 reps of 140kg. The reps on 160 weren't all perfect, but at least 2 were. 8 perfect reps is the #goal for 2025. Gonna keep #pumping! No powders, all #natural #fitness. #gym #achievement

Big accomplishment with no powders. I don't mess with any preworkout or caffeine powders, but I definitely take 30g of collagen protein every morning with breakfast!
I have coffee in the morning, then half a granola bar, and that's it for the workout. Works really good for me so far. I do take some vitamins, but no extra protein at all. I never went to the gym for muscles, but for work-out. But Seeing the effect is pretty cool, I admit :-D
I don't eat a lot of meat in my regular diet, so I take the collagen protein in the morning just to stay balanced with all the carbs and fats I eat during the day.
Yeah I'm even worse with that, no animal protein at all 😅 I'm actually surprised that my body is able to do that kind of workout and yet function very well all day. I mean, I know about a lot of vegan elite athletes, but I thought that it was more complicated to balance.
