Coingecko price is the last traded price on HBD/BTC market on Upbit. It does not mean you can buy HBD with 10% discount; there is about 10% spread there and the volume is very low on Upbit.
Maybe Coingecko should start monitoring the internal market. :)

No, they do not have HBD.
I think the idea is to have deep liquidity pools on Hive. There is simply not enough HBD to do this on exchanges
Yeah, I have no interest in arbitraging the cex's, but once liquidity pools and exchanges are open on vsc I will be providing the liquidity I can.
