It‘s a fairly young „tradition“ (18th/19th century) to cut trees, decorate them and then throw them in the trash afterwards just for the fun of it. Not my kind of humor, but i wish you relaxed holidays 😎👍🏽
You can have a plastic tree as well which can be reused. I grew up with one of those and my parents still use the same tree like 30 years later 🤣

Totally a global issue, but a christmas tree that has been used for 30 years doesn’t really make an impact. What we need to reduce is the single use plastic and we need to collect the plastic and not throw in the oceans 😅
