How did you spend the full moon night? I took time for smudging on the balcony. It was a nice calm meditational time. I felt thankful that plants are around me. 満月の夜、バルコニーでスマッジングしながら静かに過ごしました。植物に囲まれて生きていられることに感謝。

うまく日本語にできないなあと思っていたのですが、お香近いです。ただもっともくもくたく感じで、火を見るのも楽しいのですよ。でもこれ正しいやり方でなさそうなことに最近気づきました😂
