When love calls

Is love complicated, Yes/No
For me, I always thought of love as a decision, not just a feeling, I always see it as a variable, something that can be controlled but all that changed last year.
Love may be complicated because it can be difficult when the person you love doesn't feel the same way about you, or when they do but your relationship doesn't work out. Love can be complicated when you are trying so hard to stop it while tight in its grip.

How do you know when you are in love?

Every night his thoughts keep crossing my mind, and sometimes when I try to ignore his thoughts I find different scenarios of him playing in my head. I felt safe with him, I has this feeling of compassion and softness towards him, sometimes it's the way he talks, or an argument we had playing in my mind, or often I missed his attention, his care, his attention to little details, and his arrogant goofy self, there and then I knew I was in love, funny enough I tried so hard stopping myself, but what can a fool in love do?
Though it was exciting at first, then came nervousness, then came fear
Yeah, I was afraid because the feeling was all too much to handle and I also don't want to let go of myself….

What are the signs?

I sometimes hear people say when you are in love, you will feel the butterfly effect In your stomach or this or that.
Well, that ain't the case for me.
At first, my thoughts always drove back to him, then came this joy in just seeing him. I always want to hear him speak, and though he's not much of a talker, I constantly crave him. I find everything about him attractive and I am surprised at myself, how can I find everything attractive????
Though I had this feeling of wanting to know his thoughts toward me, I also was scared to find out if it was the opposite of how I felt.

Does love come on suddenly or grow over time?

Love doesn't come on suddenly, it's an illusion of love that comes on suddenly, I believe love grows over time, well that's if we are talking about true love here. You don't get to know all about a person a day to love everything about them suddenly, feelings grow, and growth takes time

What are your keys
to ensure your relationship remains strong and healthy?

For any relationship to remain intact and healthy, communication is key, constantly communicating how we feel will help our partner understands us better because strong relationships are built on effective communication
Another key would be transparency. You see sin thrives in secrecy, when both partners are transparent to each other it helps them to be accountable to each other.
And the last for me would be a boundary
Couples should learn to set boundaries, boundaries for friends and every other person because a relationship is between two persons, and three is a crowd.

My experience taught me you don't fight love, you just have to feel it, live through it and surprisingly you will grow through it that has been my take
