Hi Everyone,
The first night with our furry friend, it was a success. We had him in our laundry the whole night and he slept through just fine. Hubby woke up early to take him out to the toilet and BB M was already asking if he could walk him at 7 am! He started reading a book to him until I woke up.
The poor dog is so tired. He normally sleeps until midday, but in our household, he probably has to wake up at around 8 a.m. at the latest, as the kids have school or weekend activities.
As someone who hasn't had a pet before, I feel I am handling Taro well. He is very soft, and quiet and doesn't make any noise. He follows me around and eats very well. I can see why he is so fat, his owners fed him very well for sure. We took him out to lunch and the boys loved having a new friend in the car. Taro was also very excited to go out with us. The day finished off with the boys taking Taro to the local park for a run.
