@qwr Every Saturday evening/Sunday morning, Ladies of Hive announces the questions for the week. Those who wish to participate must write an article in the Ladies of Hive page. A Moderator judges the contest based firstly on whether articles complied with the basic requirements which are:

Blog must answer at least one of the questions(or more, if you wish!)
Blog must be submitted before the end of day Saturday,
Blog must be published in 'Ladies of Hive' community
Blog must be linked in a comment to this post
Blog must be original in order to win
Blog must be 200+ words (word count must be met before any translation of your blog!)

You can write about anything under the sun, and it will qualify for an Author's Reward, just write it in our Ladies of Hive page.
