Keep Smiling

"Smile" is one of the things people take commonly but have a positive powerful effect on people. Some people just thought is an expression that comes when one is happy, but is far beyond that.

You don't have to smile when u are only happy or in a good mood, sometimes when you are burning with anger also try and smile cause that's where the smile is even needed the most.

I can remember one occasion when I and my friend had some little misunderstanding, so she ended up saying something to me that annoyed me that would have ended us getting into a fight, but I just see myself smiling over that word, not that I was happy about the word or the word amuse me but I thought that's what I need for me to calm in that situation which succeeded calming me down.

So to smile doesn't necessarily mean you must be happy or in a good state; smile even when you are in pain, smile even when you are confused, smile even if something hurts you, and smile even when you lose someone, i know is not easy but for the sake of the peace of mind it brings into ones heart that helps to calm them down at that condition they are, just do it.

Is amazing to know that "smile" as easily as it is pronounced doesn't only calm one down but also lights up people's facial looks, making one look younger and even approachable.

Is ok to be sad, is ok not to be happy, but is not ok not to smile. So just smile at a situation that's hurting you, just smile at that stuff that's worrying you and one last thing smile after reading this post. No matter what don't allow anything to kill your smile.
