Buenas tardes comunidad, espero que estén bien todos. Hoy tengo la necesidad de hacer un llamado de alerta a todos y espero llegar a muchos, porque es momento de jalarnos los pelos por ser a veces descuidados y ustedes son los que tienen la respuesta, porque yo sí quiero vivir un día más.

El tiempo presente se vuelve intenso con la situación que está ganando muchas vidas de cualquier edad, la Covid-19 y ahora la nueva cepa Omicron son letales para muchos, sin embargo encontramos personas como muchas que vi hoy usando el medio de protección inmediato que debe emplearse correctamente tanto en casa como al salir de ella, de eso es mi tema y considero que es de mucha importancia.
The present time becomes intense with the situation that is claiming many lives of any age, the Covid-19 and now the new Omicron strain are lethal for many, however we find people like many that I saw today using the immediate means of protection that they should be used correctly both at home and when leaving it, that is my subject and I consider it to be of great importance.
El nasobuco o mascarilla, dile como quieras, debe usarse bien para que estés protegido, no es como un arete, ni como collar, ni protector de ojos, ni como turbante, ni cartera, ni pañuelo, es una prenda protectora que debe cubrir tu boca y nariz y debes acompañarla de una máscara facial que la puedes hacer en casa o comprarla para que tus ojos no queden expuestos, y también esa mascara no se usa como soldador se lleva bien puesta cubriendo todo tu rostro.

No saludar con besos y abrazos, aunque sea a tus hijos, dúchate al llegar de la calle y usa mascara en casa para proteger a los niños y ancianos, lleva en tu bolso alcohol o desinfectante para que desinfectes tus manos, no pases por ojos y boca tus manos y mantén la distancia con otras personas.
Accompany this too, washing your hands with soap and water wherever you can and drinking plenty of water so that you are well hydrated. Do not greet with kisses and hugs, even if it is your children, take a shower when you arrive from the street and wear a mask at home to protect children and the elderly, carry alcohol or disinfectant in your bag to disinfect your hands, do not go through eyes and mouth your hands and keep your distance from other people.
Cuídate porque de ti depende la demora en la tierra y entre los vivos y también porque tienes hijos y familia que cuidar además todavía hay mucho que hacer,cosas ricas que comer como papas fritas, pizzas espaguetis, mucho que viajar, reira carcajadas y hacer bromas y más que todo disfrutar de la compañía de seres queridos y amigos. He pensado por ti, por mí, en fin por todos.
Take care of yourself because the delay on earth and among the living depends on you and also because you have children and family to take care of, plus there is still a lot to do, delicious things to eat like fries, pizzas, spaghetti, a lot to travel, laugh out loud and make jokes and most of all enjoy the company of loved ones and friends. I thought for you, for me, in short for everyone.
