De verdad tienes un estilo único la mayoría de las personas nos levantamos casi corriendo por diferentes razones, mascotas, hijos, escuela, trabajo. La verdad me levanto rápidamente para luego de atender a la mascota, me hago un café y salgo a mirar mi jardín y el cielo. Allí agradezco el poder vivir otro día. You truly have a unique style. Most people practically run out of bed for different reasons: pets, kids, school, work. I actually get up quickly, and after taking care of my pet, I make myself a coffee and go outside to look at my garden and the sky. There, I'm grateful to be living another day. Those few minutes allow me to smile and be thankful. Hugs.
I once jump up from bed cause of something I remembered and I trip and had a hard fall. Since then am always careful of my movement especially in the morning
