Hoy vengo con muchas ganas de subirles el ánimo a muchas mujeres que no se sienten seguras y conformes de cómo se ven.

Hoy en día hay muchas mujeres inseguras de su cuerpo porque sufren humillaciones de la sociedad o porque no se sienten conforme por el simple hecho de ser gordita, tener estrías, tener la nariz grande, ser muy flaca o estar muy baja o alta de estatura.

Hoy quiero decirle a todas estas mujeres que se sienten inseguras de su cuerpo, que no se compliquen la vida por estar gorditas o por cualquier defecto que tengan, ámense tal y como son sin importarles el que dirán.

Dile a tu espejo, hoy amanecí más bella que todos los días porque estoy conforme y segura de como soy y de como me veo, hoy me arreglaré para ponerme más hermosa y sentirme aún mejor.

Valórate mujer porque eres grandiosa como eres, no dejes que nadie te juzgue ni te apague tu felicidad, por el simple hecho de tener unos kilos de más o tener una manchita en tu piel o alguna otra imperfección.

A veces las mujeres nos complicamos la vida al momento de vestirnos y arreglarnos, por el hecho de que no, nos guste como nos quede la ropa o porque se nos ven las estrías o se nos note la barriga, nos miramos al espejo y decimos hay que fea me veo, no me gusta como se me ve mejor no me lo pondré.

Yo también me complicaba mucho y me sentía insegura por ser flaca y alta, pero un día aprendí a no sentirme mal por mi cuerpo y amarme tal y como soy porque soy única, sé que a muchas nos ha pasado, pero es cuestión de aceptarnos tal y como somos.

A veces nos miramos en el espejo y empezamos a detallar que nos hace falta y que nos hace ver feas y nos comenzamos observar de pies a cabeza nuestro cuerpo, buscado algún defecto, amiga déjame decirte que aquello que ves imperfecto es simplemente maravilloso como es.

Así que amiga, gordita, flaquita, con estrías o manchitas, mírate al espejo y eleva tu autoestima porque estás increíblemente maravillosa y hermosa como estás.
