Why Rene.Neverfound?

To live with art and to live with passion. Renésmee Neverfound was born.

Renésmee is way too far from my real name. Renésmee is way too different with my real life character either. An epitome of grace I molded with my creativity. She is a rebirth. A renaissance of something incredible I could not easily be. Nevertheless, one thing I know and I keep on grasping is that, even if we are two different names and there are personalities we differ, I am still her and she is a part of myself.

I made a name Renésmee from a book I liked when I was 14, the Twilight Saga Series, Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. She was the daughter of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen. Her name means 'reborn' and 'loved' for she was a fruit of a human and vampire love that had nearly met death.

On the other hand, 'Neverfound' is the contrast of Renésmee. 'Neverfound' meant to symbolize the other side of my identity. Light for Renésmee and dark for Neverfound. Like Yin and Yang, and the moon and sun; I wanted balance so I found a way to make one. Neverfound was derived from Peter Pan's Neverland, of Wendy, Peter Pan, and Tinker Bell's folklore.

Renésmee Neverfound became a tribute pen name to write for myself and to write for the lost things buried deep either in memory, or lost in transition I all carry under my tongue. A braver rebellion, to write wildly and wisely.
