Maybe you do have a nighttime routine yet but just don't realize it because it's small stuff you tend to do automatically 😁😁 I'm sure if we look in deep we will find that routine hidden deep inside.

Lives in Canada as well with her kids and from their accounts the cold is 🥶 I always compliment them on toughing it out because I don't know if I would be able to lol gotten too used to my HOT African weather.
