The holiday season's here , and I'm buzzing with excitement! Family gatherings are the highlight laughter echoing, stories shared, outting and love overflowing . We bond over steaming plates of jollof rice, moimoi, salad , and sweet treats like chin-chin . Food tastes better when sharing
But it's not just family we SPARKLE it with neighbours too! We swap plates of food and snacks with the people next door, and they gift our children a token of money that make them feel on top of the word 😁The whole street becomes a food party 😊! Kids run around with legs of chicken or bone, bonding over bites .
Music sets the mood afrobeats,hip pop and many more to mention, blast as we dance together as a family, and Christmas carols bring nostalgic feels .during this seasons many carols awaits us, like Adekanade house Carol and many churches carols, Whether it's a backyard party or a outting tunes bring us together .
Travel's another thrill . Visiting grandparents in ilorin , exploring diamond playing ground and others or a quick escape to uniilorin dam, holidays mean adventure to us, We pack laughter, curiosity, and comfy shoes .
But what truly sparkles is giving back gift, Exchanging gifts with friends, collecting cloth from sisters or volunteering at a local shelter ❤️ it's about spreading joy. Seeing smiles light up says it all 😊.
Holidays remind me of connection to people, traditions, given,Sharing and joy . Amidst the eats, beats, and trips, it's love that fills the season .
