LoH contest 216:a hobby I can talk about for hours and an unpaid talent, for me it's cooking!( ENG/ESP)

Here I am ladies, participating in a new contest of this beautiful community, today I was honestly inspired by both questions, which for me have the same answer. What is a hobby or passion that I can talk about for hours and hours without getting bored? And what is the non-profitable talent I would like? For me the answer to both is cooking. If you follow me a little here on hive or if you open my profile now you will notice that many of my posts are recipes or posts dedicated to food. It's funny because when I was young I hated cooking and in my house no one was a big fan of cooking, my mother raised me on ready meals and fried eggs. As I grew up however, especially when I went to live alone, I started to get passionate about food, I started looking for recipes online, buying cookbooks and experimenting, my experiments were not always successful, especially the first ones but over the years I have improving.

Cuisine is a topic I can talk about for hours not only because it is really vast and varied but because there is a lot to say, I could talk for hours about my favorite dishes but also about the typical dishes of my region, their history and their preparation, the foreign dishes that I have tried to cook or that I have tasted, the particular ingredients that are not found here and their use, the simple dishes and the more complicated ones, the various vegetables, legumes, meats and their combinations. In short, I can assure you that if we start talking about food and cooking I can really talk for days without running out of topics!

I confess I thought about talent a little more, initially I thought about talents such as drawing or music but then I said to myself what is it that my husband and I love most? Eat! (in fact you can see we both have a few extra kilos) and so thinking about the talents I realized that I would really like to cook like a chef! I don't think I cook badly but I don't have a great talent either, I would like to have the talent of knowing how to cook everything, every type of dish, especially the more elaborate ones! For example, I absolutely don't know how to cook game, but I love to eat it and I would like to know how to cook it, along with many other dishes such as some typical of my area based on offal which require many ingredients and a lot of hard work, or I would like to know how to cook many Indian and Chinese dishes I absolutely don't know how to cook! Aquí estoy chicas, participando en un nuevo concurso de esta hermosa comunidad, hoy sinceramente me inspiré en ambas preguntas, que para mí tienen la misma respuesta. ¿Cuál es un hobby o pasión del que puedo hablar durante horas y horas sin aburrirme? ¿Y cuál es el talento no lucrativo que me gustaría? Para mí la respuesta a ambas es cocinar. Si me sigues un poco aquí en Hive o si abres mi perfil ahora notarás que muchas de mis publicaciones son recetas o publicaciones dedicadas a la comida. Es curioso porque cuando era joven odiaba cocinar y en mi casa nadie era muy aficionado a la cocina, mi madre me crió a base de platos preparados y huevos fritos. Sin embargo a medida que crecí, sobre todo cuando me fui a vivir sola, comencé a apasionarme por la comida, comencé a buscar recetas en línea, a comprar libros de cocina y a experimentar, mis experimentos no siempre fueron exitosos, especialmente los primeros, pero con el paso de los años fui han mejorado.

La cocina es un tema del que puedo hablar durante horas no solo porque es muy amplio y variado sino porque hay mucho que decir, podría hablar durante horas de mis platos favoritos pero también de los platos típicos de mi región, su historia y su preparación, los platos extranjeros que he intentado cocinar o que he probado, los ingredientes particulares que no se encuentran aquí y su uso, los platos sencillos y los más complicados, las diversas verduras, legumbres, carnes y sus combinaciones. En definitiva, os puedo asegurar que si empezamos a hablar de comida y cocina ¡realmente puedo hablar durante días sin quedarme sin temas!

Confieso que pensé un poco más en el talento, inicialmente pensé en talentos como el dibujo o la música pero luego me dije ¿qué es lo que más amamos mi esposo y yo? ¡Comer! (de hecho se puede ver que ambos tenemos algunos kilos de más) así que pensando en los talentos me di cuenta de que ¡realmente me gustaría cocinar como un chef! No creo que cocine mal pero tampoco tengo mucho talento, me gustaría tener el talento de saber cocinar de todo, todo tipo de platos, ¡sobre todo los más elaborados! Por ejemplo, no sé en absoluto cocinar caza, pero me encanta comerla y me gustaría saber cocinarla, además de muchos otros platos como algunos típicos de mi zona a base de menudencias que requieren muchos ingredientes. y mucho trabajo duro, o me gustaría saber cocinar muchos platos indios y chinos que ¡no sé cocinar en absoluto!
