Lunch 🥙 is what I tried avoiding most times if I had brunch of smoothie that helps keep me going but I love ❤️ to eat early dinner with family and usually heavy to sustain my energy for the next day.
That's relatable and works well for me too. I think it's important that people figure out what works for their bodies and get into that routine:)
That is the nail at its point. We all must have what works for us, so it’s important we keep it as a routine .
