Hello, first of all my congratulations to all these women who make up this group, a group dedicated especially to us, how nice that despite the fact that we live in a world of men, we women let us be recognized worldwide.
Since I was a child I have always observed the treatment given to women, not only at home but also at work and especially in society. I have never felt superior, much less inferior, to any man. However, throughout my life I have been through some situations that have made me reflect on this.
In some families the men are treated like royalty while the women are treated with indifference. At work, men are usually the first to be considered for promotion, while women must work harder to obtain the same position, but this does not mean that they get the same respect. And for society, women are treated as servants, as people who should only attend to their husbands.
Hola , ante todo mis felicitaciones a todas estas mujeres que conformamos este grupo , grupo dedicado especialmente para nosotras que lindo que a pesar de que vivimos en un mundo de hombres, nosotras las mujeres seamos reconocidas a nivel mundial.
Desde niña siempre he observado el trato que se les da a las mujeres, no solamente en el hogar también en el trabajo y sobre todo en la sociedad. Nunca me he sentido superior y mucho menos inferior a ningún hombre. Sin embargo a lo largo de mi vida he pasado por algunas situaciones que me han hecho reflexionar sobre esto.
En algunas familias los hombres son tratados como reyes mientras que las mujeres tienen un trato de indiferencia. En el trabajo normalmente los primeros en ser tomados en cuenta para un ascenso son los hombres, mientras las mujeres deben esforzarse mas para obtener el mismo cargo, pero esto no significa que consigan el mismo respeto. y para la sociedad las mujeres son tratadas como sirvientas ,como personas que solo deben atender a sus esposos .

I believe that even though we have different roles, we deserve the same respect, the same consideration, but to begin to change this doctrine, women must learn their value, not the value that someone else gives them, but the value just for being a woman.
Women are givers of life, we can be trained, fighters, integrity, we are valuable, these are things that no woman should ever forget.
Todo esto es basado en costumbres antiguas, de descendencia en descendencia. Pero ya basta de tanta desigualdad estamos en el siglo XXI. Creo que aunque tengamos diferentes roles merecemos el mismo respeto, la misma consideración pero para empezar a cambiar esta doctrina las mujeres deben aprender su valor, no el que alguien mas le da, si no el valor solamente por ser mujer.
Las mujeres somos dadoras de vida, podemos ser capacitadas, luchadoras, integras, somos valiosas, esas son cosas que nunca ninguna mujer debe olvidar.
You should not settle for being a housewife, remembering that it is an excellent job, you must learn trades that help you financially, study to have a better choice when it comes to getting a job, and never feel inferior to any man because the difference between a man and a woman is that men have a different physical strength than women, while women are life givers, that is, if both genders come together, no one is better than none, each contributes what the other needs.
No debes conformarte con ser ama de casa, recordando que es una excelente labor, debes aprender oficios que te ayuden económicamente, estudiar para tener mejor elección a la hora de conseguir un trabajo , y nunca sentirte inferior a ningún hombre porque la diferencia entre un hombre y una mujer es que los hombres tienen una fuerza física distinto a las mujeres , mientras las mujeres somos dadoras de vida , es decir si ambos géneros se juntan nadie es mejor que ninguno , cada uno aporta lo que al otro le hace falta.

Cuando una mujer es profesional y su esposo es igual, el hombre tiende a pensar que solo el se cansa, y si, es verdad pero no es el único que le pasa esto, siempre esperan llegar a casa y conseguir la cena hecha, pero si ellos llegan primero por lo general se acuestan a ver televisión y esperar que su esposa llegue para que haga la cena, ¿porque no recibirla con la cena hecha? Porque son superiores o porque fueron mal criados, criados con machismo y a la antigua. Razones como estas son por la cual como mencione al principio he visto el trato diferente entre hombres y mujeres, entre muchas otras cosas.

Acabas de aceptar un puesto en la empresa para la que deseas trabajar. Cumples con los requisitos educativos. Sin embargo, ¿qué le hace confiar en que puede manejar las demandas interpersonales que requiere el puesto? Cita tres razones y explícalas.
Primero es que conozco mi capacidad para trabajar en equipo: establezco mi rol, aprendo mis funciones dejándome guiar por la experiencia de mis compañeros y jefes, todo esto a base de comunicación y respeto.
Second tolerance: usually at work you meet people with different personalities, thoughts, attitudes this makes you a tolerant person as long as you learn to accept and respect them not to judge as they dress, what they eat, their sexual, religious or cultural orientation. The most important thing in a job is to comply with the procedures and goals stipulated by the company.
The third reason is the communication that I like to have with my work team: since fluidity within the company depends on it, it is important to know the skills and strengths of each person to obtain a better performance in the entrusted work, in this way if unforeseen events arise during your working hours it can be resolved effectively thanks to communication.
Segundo tolerancia: por lo general en los trabajos conoces a personas con diferentes personalidades, pensamientos, actitudes esto te hace ser una persona tolerante siempre y cuando aprendas aceptarlos y respetarlos a no juzgar como se visten, que comen, su tendencia sexual, religiosa o cultural. Lo más importante en un trabajo es cumplir con los procedimientos y metas estipuladas por la empresa.
La tercera razón, es la comunicación que me gusta tener con mi equipo de trabajo: ya que de ella depende la fluidez dentro de la empresa, es importante conocer las habilidades y fortalezas de cada personas para obtener un mejor rendimiento en la labor encomendada, de esta manera si surgen imprevistos durante tu horario laboral se puede resolver eficazmente gracias a la comunicación.

Hi @marydelmar70! I like what you said about not judging your workmate's looks, personal preferences, what they eat, their sexual, religious or cultural orientation. All these things shouldn't hinder someone from their work. Most should need to remember that individuals are unique and if you are working with a lot of different personalities, they should learn to get along with each other.

Hello @marydelmar70. Your three areas of performance that makes you successful are commendable. Communication is always the key to effective performances by all members of a team. When you combine this with tolerance and knowing your role with the team environment to ensure mutual respect, you have a winning formula.
It's amazing how many people I've seen over my work duration do not accomplish this and therefore make their work environment less than desirable.
