It couldn't be me since I can put on the weight easy and half my wardrobe just barely fits me. I have small but healthy meals and literally trained myself to avoid compulsive shopping of convenience foods and sticking to a grocery plan. And last is just keeping busy, maybe too busy, but productive as to distract myself from eating cues like TV, Radio, or newspaper advertisements. In fact I don't have any traditional media at all because they are too effective, especially with food.
