Of course you lost control of your eating right and exercise because it is not really easy to keep up. Because we think of that as a fix and forget so we stop. The routine of eating right and regular exercise should not be done as a burdensome task but a regular lifestyle routine. I used to bike commute to work until I got hurt in an accident. Being less active I trained myself to eat less and cut out sweets (not an easy thing to do.)

Exactly creating the habit is a bit complex when you love candy madly and every two hours you say "it provokes like a candy, right?", I am still in that process, I recognize that my diet has improved a lot but it is only the beginning. Thank you very much for taking the time to read and comment.
