Interesting questions. I been paying it forward for the last 12 years of taking in only single mother families as my tenants at far less than market rates. My latest was another former drug addicted mother with two kids on social Assistance and she just needed a stable home to raise her kids. She's been a gem of a Tenant, her kids are well mannered and she has become a trusted friend.
