Even the Scriptures show that the Apostles were very ordinary people; laborers, farmers, shepherds, fishermen, even a tax collector and a Pharisee, ordinary people yet living a courageous faith for an extraordinary God. I am a Baptist and I also took the opportunity to thank God for raising remarkable role models of faith.
