Dog breeding and ownership is very highly regulated in Canada. 😒 Registration, licensing, required medical treatments and bureaucratic fees makes having a pet dog expensive. Breeding requires a special license and permit. Incidence of naturally born unregistered litters are very rare and subject the owner to fines and or jail. If things were only easy in Canada.
