Being humble doesn't cost much

Life has a way of teaching us things that we usually fail to understand,
Humility has always been of advantage, and just like they say ,pride goes before a fall.

People usually brag and drag about alot of things and having wealth or riches have proven to some extent that people will always do things to their own benefits most times.

There is this saying that ,when a poor man lacks basic needs ,he stays humble, but when he gets everything and becomes rich ,he becomes proud and arrogant .

But the truth is that ,people dont change much it is just situations that makes them not to display their true self .

Humility has never been a case of arrogance rather it makes people respectful and tactical.
In as much as people view humble people as being weak,
It speaks alot of volume of how humans are missing the very best part of life.

I just have a little experience of what being humble can actually do and that is were i took this picture of my sister .

That very day was supposed to be an outing day for me but i chose to stay at home .
Then later i went out to the mall to buy somethings ,
On my way there, i met a guy that was just standing by the road side.
He looked somehow confused and his appearance was somehow dirty and razzed,
mere looking at him ,you might think he was either mad or just lacking basic needs to even afford a better cloth.
While i was passing through that route i watched him trying to approach people and it turns out that they were all avoiding him ..
Non of the people he approached even bothered to listen to him.
Well when i got closer he approached me and asked if i could buy him pure water ,
Like i was suprised because if that was all he asked for and yet people avoided him ,it simply means people are not really kind .
Maybe it was his looks,
Maybe people are scared of being seen with such a person,
Maybe people are just not in the mood to help .

Well all i can say is that ,it wasn't nice and i felt bad..
I had to take him to a shop to buy something for him , including a drink and bread then i got him the water ,after he explained to me how he got robbed and needed just water because he was very thirsty ,and money to use go back home.
At the end,i gave him some cash and he left after taking those items i bought for him..
Well i was actually surprised because after he left.
Something interesting happend ,and i will be sharing that on my next post🤭.
