Hello @victoria95. First, congratulations. Little girls as so precious. From your post in how you approach your nutrition and health, I know you will be an awesome mom that takes care of yourself.

You are correct. Healthy eating is essential. However, if you crave something and have it on your mind for a while, I believe in going ahead and eating it. However, don't overdue it. Any doctor will tell you what is the appropriate weight for your particular situation.

The junk foods you list are at the top of the list for foods to avoid.

You're welcome, dear @justclikindiva and also thanks too. I tried to eat healthy but sometimes I didn't some foods are harder to resist. Lol.
