Hello @millymillions. I enjoyed your story explaining self worth. I feel you're correct when you say that a person can't give what they don't have. I also feel that if a person doesn't think highly of themself, their attitude and treatment of others will be less than desirable.

Also, when you say that;

"Self worth has more to do with what is on your inside. What words do you say to yourself? What words do you listen to? What information do you let into your head? How do you unwind?"

I also agree with you that no one can give it to you. You can't buy it. Self worth has to come from the inside from your core being.
