Learning different ways to cook yam throughout Africa each country makes dishes including this root, here we call it 'Elephant's Foot' in English, in isiZulu 'ingwevu', also eat sweet potato, and Amadumbe (much like its twin, the potato).
Eventful Christmas with family and villagers, wishing you a blessed new year.

This is my first time of hearing 'isizulu'.Culture is beautiful in it's way and learning from different culture is fun. Which part of Africa are you @joanstewart? I wish to go on a tour. It's my next wish.
Many different cultures down in South Africa, I live on South Coast of Durban, hot and humid 😌
Waoh... I will visit South Africa one day. I have heard of some beautiful places over there which I will like to experience. Thanks for your response. Happy New year @joanstewart .
