Mental, spiritual and physical peace, that is also a good goal for this year since it seems that life goes faster than we expect and we must run so as not to be left behind and that stresses us out. A good plan, dear friend, relax with that and try to do yoga, that will help you a lot. Much success for this 2025.

Thanks for the advice. I'm gradually recovering mentally and physically and, hopefully, will try a healthy lifestyle & yoga soon.
