hi ladies of Hive I missed you so much I've been through a lot of things I'll talk about it later but I missed this community today I finally decided to get back to writing but I'm not ready yet to write about the past days sooooo the best thing I can do is to participate to the LOH contests.
I choose the first question :

1️⃣ If you plan to grow a vegetable garden, what is your favorite vegetable to grow, and what dishes do you use it for? Feel free to include a special recipe using that vegetable.

lettuce and watermelon of course 😍😋 cos I can't get enough of it.

you can use lettuce with various types of salad it is a healthy delicious vegetable and important for people who follow a healthy lifestyle it is just that good.

with some kinds of food, you can use it instead of bread.

I do not know any special recipes for lettuce besides the salads.

But I want to tell you what is my favorite dish for watermelon you need just four Ingredients:

any kind of bread.

any kind of cheese (I prefer white, not creamy cheese)

watermelon

fresh mint

first, you cut the watermelon in any shape you like and cool it in the refrigerator then you make a sandwich of cheese and add some fresh mint when you finish preparing the sandwich you get the watermelon out of the refrigerator then you can start eating it with hot tea it is a great mixture I hope you try it it is a yummy light summer meal.
